Returns Policy During Our Move

We're on the move!  

Tulip is moving home over the festive period. To make sure that we don't lose any parcels during this time we've temporarily suspended our returns address.

You can still return your parcel to us after we have moved and we will honour any returns that are outside our returns period if contacted. You can email us on the address below if you wish to return an item and we can advise on next steps. 

Please note that messages will not be read over the Christmas period 23rd - 26th December.  customercare@tulipjewellery.co.uk  

 

Please do not return parcels to our old address. Any items sent back to our previous address will not be refunded, please do check with us before sending your parcel. 

Thank you so much for your patience during our move. We hope to be back to our full service very early in January.  

Returning a gift

Please contact us on the email address above if you wish to return your gift. We offer exchanges or if unsuitable a refund to the original purchaser.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your jewellery please contact us and we can provide full instructions. 

    Extended Returns Policy

    We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 1st November and 21st December 2022 will be accepted until the 20th January 2023. 

    Any gift receipts will contain this information for your recipients.
