Delivery

We're taking a short break but you can continue to order as usual, we will be dispatching all orders when we return on Monday 14th September .
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will arrive 2-3 days after dispatch.

We use a fully trackable service via Royal Mail. You will receive an email with tracking details from Royal Mail shortly after your order has shipped. 


UK Standard Delivery | Free for orders £75 and over

  • £3.90 

  • Delivered in 2-4 days after dispatch (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays)

  • Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm

UK Express Delivery | Free for orders £200 and over

  • £5.00 

  • Delivered in 1-2 days after dispatch (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday's)

  • Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm

Delivery Notes - 

  • Parcels will not fit through the letterbox, please provide a daytime shipping address at checkout. In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

  • Orders over £150 in value will require a signature.

  • Orders are processed for dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday.

  • Please note that delivery days exclude Sunday's and bank holidays.

  • Express delivery will take longer for remote postcodes. Please see Royal Mail postcodes and exclusions here.

  • In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please notify us at customercare@tulipjewellery.co.uk

  • Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military bases.

  • We are unable to offer International and EU delivery at the moment.
