We use a fully trackable service via Royal Mail. You will receive an email with tracking details from Royal Mail shortly after your order has shipped. 

See our Christmas cut off dates here. Any orders placed after 2pm Thursday 21st will not be dispatched until Wednesday 27th December. 


UK Standard Delivery

  • FREE
  • All UK orders - no minimum spend
  • Delivered in 2-4 days after dispatch (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays)
  • Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm

UK Express Delivery

  • £3.95  
  • Delivered in 1-2 days after dispatch (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday's)
  • Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm
  • Complimentary on orders over £150

UK Next Day Delivery

  • £7.95  
  • Delivered the next working day after dispatch (excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday's)
  • Orders to be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch

UK Saturday Guaranteed Delivery

  • £10.95  
  • Delivered on Saturday after dispatch 
  • Orders to be placed before 2pm the Friday before

International Delivery Information

We have decided to temporarily stop international shipping. We’re simply not able to give you our usual excellent level of service for reasons that are sadly out of our control. With the postal system under increased strain and the complexity of new Brexit rules we have found the situation unworkable. We hope that this is temporary, please refer back to this page for updates.  

 

  • Parcels will not fit through the letterbox, please give a daytime shipping address at checkout. In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

  • Orders over £150 in value will require a signature.
  • Orders are processed for dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.  Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on a Monday.

  • Please note that delivery days exclude Sundays and bank holidays.

  • Express delivery will take longer for remote postcodes. Please see Royal Mail postcodes and exclusions here.

  • In the unlikely event that your goods are lost in transit or arrive damaged, please notify us at customercare@tulipjewellery.co.uk

  • Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military bases. 

  • International Delivery - Please note that any duty and/or administration charges incurred by your parcel being delivered overseas will need to be settled by you as Tulip Jewellery will not be held liable for these. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the USA or Canada at this time.
