Tulip is now closed whilst we take a short break. Please note any orders placed after 9am 20th August will not be dispatched until after the 27th August.
We'll be spending time with our families won’t be able to respond to messages until we return on the 27th, thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges and Returns - You can return pieces to us in the usual way via our Royal Mail tracked service. The link you need is found on our ‘returns’ page. Please send us a message if you would like to exchange an item and we will reply when we return.
Any out of stock items - Please do send us an email if you are interested in any out of stock pieces, we'll let you know as soon as they arrive. Our next batches of new stock will now be due around mid September.
Delivery Tracking for previous orders - You can track your order via Royal Mail's website using the Track and Trace number detailed in your shipment confirmation. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any further tracking as we have access to the same Royal Mail information.

Meanwhile you are most welcome to browse and order from our shop pages. Once we re-open your order will be acknowledged, wrapped, packed and sent out to you after the 27th August.
