Ordering and Delivery
Your pieces will be placed into our Tulip branded boxes and tied with satin ribbon. Then nestled in luxury tissue and packed into a discreet white box for postage. Making your packaging plastic free and recyclable.
We do not brand the outside of our boxes for security reasons.
Unfortunately we are unable to change or add items to orders once your order is submitted. Our team is so fast, it's hard to catch packages before they are out the door. The good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them!
We currently accept MasterCard Credit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, American Express cards and payment via your PayPal account. You can also purchase using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We now also offer payments via Klarna.
We dispatch orders 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm.
Our standard free UK delivery usually takes 3 working days but can be up to 5. Please do check our delivery page for more express options if you need your order quickly.
In the unlikely event that we experience a delay on your order we will contact you right away to discuss possible alternatives or let you know of the delivery date you can expect to receive it.
In exceptional circumstances, should we not be able to fulfil an order we have accepted, we will refund your card with the full price.
We use Royal Mail for all orders which includes full tracking. You will receive an email from Royal Mail shortly after dispatch with your tracking code and estimated delivery day. Please use this tracking code for updates regarding your order.
Unfortunately we only have access to the same information and cannot check on individual parcels. We ask that you wait at least 5 working days (after the estimated arrival date) before contacting us about a missing delivery (or 1 working day for express parcels).
Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are based in the UK.
Please note: after Brexit this now includes all countries in the EU.
Buying a Gift?
Of course, we excel at sending gifts! Just enter the recipients name and address in the 'shipping' options at checkout. Making sure to enter your details under the 'billing' information
We include a gift receipt for pieces sent as gifts, no prices! Your secret is safe.
We enclose our contact details on the gift receipt enclosed. When the recipient contacts us we can exchange or offer a credit note within 30 days of the original order being received.
We do this sensitively and without the original purchaser knowing.
If you select luxury gift wrap your pieces will be wrapped in thick wrapping paper and tied with a satin bow. We also include a gift card which we can hand write your message if sending directly to the recipient or left blank for you to write your own.
This option is available on all product pages and the cart page.
Our luxury gift wrap is £2.50, this applies to all pieces in your order, you only pay once!
We will wrap pieces of the same collection or matching pieces together where possible. Please do leave us a note at checkout if you would prefer them wrapped individually .
Returns and Exchanges
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. However it may take up to 28 days for the refunded amount to appear on your card, please contact your card issuer.
Please refer to our Returns page for full details on how to send back an item to us.
We charge a small fee of £3.00 to cover the return postage. This is a fully trackable service and always cheaper than sending back the item yourself and will be taken off your refunded amount.
This does not apply to exchanges which are complimentary.
We'd love you to be totally happy with your jewellery. Therefore we'd be happy to offer one free exchange per order.
Please contact us before sending your piece back and we can discuss your options.
Online Shopping Help
We understand how frustrating it is to purchase something online to then be told that it is out of stock. For this reason we clearly show all of the items that are out of stock on our website and make them unavailable to purchase. Meaning you can have the added comfort of knowing the pieces you are buying are in stock and on their way to you very shortly.
If you see something you love and simply must have and it is showing as out of stock please do contact us. We can advise you when our next delivery is due and send you a quick email the moment it arrives.
Sometimes you love something so much you want to share it with all your closest friends, or maybe you are getting married and have lots of lovely bridesmaids to buy something special for. Whatever the reason we don't want you to miss out, please do contact us and we can order it in especially for you.
We sell some pieces in limited numbers, these are handmade to order. These pieces are literally made when your order is placed with us and can take 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. However if you need something urgently please do contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate. When a 'Made to Order' order is placed we will contact you with an estimated time of dispatch as soon as we can.
All 'Made to Order' pieces are clearly noted on the individual product pages.
We love it when you leave reviews. An email will be sent out to you 7 days after your order has been dispatched, allowing you to leave any comments about your jewellery and/or our service. However if you are super keen (we love that too) you can just pop online, click on the product you would like to review and at the bottom of the page you'll see a 'write a review' button, click that and you can leave your review...simple!
Our Jewellery

The jewellery we sell is 925 sterling silver and can therefore be engraved by a professional. Unfortunately we are unable to offer an engraving service ourselves.
Want a box chain instead of a trace chain? Want a longer chain length? Our amazing chain supplier has been crafting chains in England for over 50 years and they certainly know their stuff. We can arrange different chain lengths and types on the majority of our pendants and we can also sell chains individually. Please contact us with details of your requirements.
We guarantee our vermeil pieces for 12 months after purchase. During this time we will re-plate your jewellery free of charge if required. For items older than 12 months, we can re-plate your Tulip Jewellery pieces in 3-4 weeks. Prices from £15 for small stud earrings. Please do contact us about your piece for a quote on the re-plating cost.
Yes we do, we're extremely proud of our quality and all of our pieces come with a 5 year manufacturing warranty.
