Covid-19 Update

We are working at a reduced capacity but happy to say that we are now sending out online orders. We are closely monitoring the guidance from the UK government and have put in place increased hygiene procedures to ensure our staff and everything we send out is safe.


Ordering and Deliveries

Our online store is open but deliveries may be slower than usual. We are currently shipping three times a week at 1pm - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We have also been able to reintroduce our 1st class shipping option.

Free standard delivery usually arrives within one week (UK addresses) but be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing delays due to increased demand and may take up to 14 days.

Please note drivers are no longer asking for signatures at point of delivery. Instead, they will confirm the recipient's name and enter this on the scanner.

Our workshop and suppliers are now tentatively back making, we are trying to get as many out of stock items back online as soon as possible. 


We’ve extended our returns policy

We are allowing extra time for returns to make it easier for you. We have extended our returns period to within 60 days of receipt – please see our returns page for more information.

At a time filled with so many things we can't do, we'd like to be able to offer something when people can't see their loved ones. In these uncertain times we realise jewellery is not essential but if you'd like to send a gift we're here or by treating yourself with something to uplift your spirits.
