Updated 6th January 2021We are happy to say that we are sending out online orders. We are closely monitoring the guidance from the UK government and have put in place increased hygiene procedures to ensure everything we send out is safe.
Ordering and Deliveries
We are currently shipping three times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1pm.
We send our parcels Tracked48 (Standard) and Tracked24 (1st class) via Royal Mail. Once dispatched you will received an estimated delivery day and time from Royal Mail.
Free standard delivery usually arrives within 2-3 days after dispatch (UK addresses) and 1st Class usually the next working day after dispatch.
Please be aware that Royal Mail are experiencing delays due to increased demand and staff shortages in certain areas due to Covid-19, this may mean that some deliveries will take a little longer than usual, in some cases there may be up to a week delay.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of your dispatch email please do contact us to investigate. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
Please note drivers are no longer asking for signatures at point of delivery. Instead, they will confirm the recipient's name and enter this on the scanner.
Our workshop and suppliers are not working to full capacity, we are working hard to get any out of stock pieces back on sale. If you would like to know about a particular piece please do contact us.
